There are so many ridiculous and even dangerous fad diets out there. The fact is, you need the proper combinations of all of your macros: fat, carbs and protein. If you leave one out, you will suffer. Most of us know we need protein, but you need delicious fat and carbs too. Not just because they taste good, but because they power your body in different ways.
Simply stated, you can eat food you like, shed the fat and still get jacked.
